It's actually worse than that. It's 9 months and 30 days since the tickets, with vouchers promised, went on sale 305 days and all the club can be arsed to say is 'we have no update'
The fat controller can fêck off and can take his CEO with him. I've never disliked a CEO as much as I do this guy. He's got absolutely everything wrong so far and his communication and treatment of supporters has been absolutely appalling. He's completely lost the fan base and it's as a direct result of his words and actions.
I did ask. They'll be ready in early January is what I was told. But I asked in October and was told 'before Christmas' so I was loathe to come on here, at Christmas by the way, to say "early January". Because it'll be me who gets tagged on here if they aren't. But hey ho. I've had it in the neck on here already today. I often feel like I may as well play for the first team (no chance, I'm 16 years too old) but at least then I'd warrant the nonsense. I'm not involved in the voucher process, at all. That might seem like washing your hands etc. I dunno. But the stuff I am involved in, whether it's successful, well-received, or whatever, it always gets done. And in good time. And **** me do I have plates spinning this month coming up. But yeah. Can't disagree with any of that mate. My 8 year old is asking to go as I still have the 4 game flexi to use from the other season. Thinking about going to the Blackpool game mid Jan but just really not sure I can be arsed. This is what Conman and Chien have done to the club!!

When I included you it was meant in a 'whitey was asking so they club definitely know people are questioning it' way rather than a 'whitey should have dealt with it' way. I will undoubtedly bring it back up in February but I promise you that won't be to highlight anything bad with you but with others. The contempt they have shown for supporters is absolutely disgraceful. Not just in failing to deliver what they have fraudulently mis-sold but in their refusal to explain the situation. And I appreciate how tricky a situation you are in as both a supporter and an employee so your post in this thread is really welcome and appreciate because it takes balls and a level of honour and desire for a good relationship with fans that some people will never have
I reckon they decided against them, and they don’t care, they’re quite clearly just going to ride it out and ignore the issue, there’s no way they wouldn’t be ready by now if they were being done, surely.
