    Ive heard the trillionaire and lifelong barmsley fan from cudeth Bert Sidebottom may make a cheeky bid for us if Conway and co want out.

    They have so many clubs in their portfolio it seems to me they can't give any one of them the true support it needs to be successful. I think we can all see there's been a real lack of investment. I'm not on about spending millions. But just having owners who are truly ambitious for the club. The mass exodus in the summer I think told us all we needed to know Failure to plan is planning for failure. The dispute with the 20 percenters, West Stand closure and radio silence on the big issues gives me a real feeling of alarm. At the end of the day they just want to own an English club on the cheap.

    What amazes me about the board, is if they want to make money, last season we were 3 games away from the richest league in the world. With investment in some experienced players we may have had a real chance for promotion.

    instead we have the constant influx of unproven foreign players. Some are good, others a waste of a wage. The insistence of playing a system which obviously our players cannot handle. And the idea that money from transfers equals success.

    They look at balance sheets, we look at league tables.

    No wonder the fans feel alienated from the board.
