Well I for one appreciate that, though can't help feeling those people have been pressed into action as a last resort because enough people kept moaning about their absence. It's not really about the vouchers, it's about trust and honesty. So the news that they're coming is a positive sign. Since you've posted about it through, do you think it might be a good idea if the news article explained what the vouchers will be for? Could it be updated?
I'll reiterate what I've already said, previously on the matter. I've had no involvement. Nobody in my department had any input. But yes, people did get involved in the end, because the wait had been unacceptable and we were sick of seeing the negative backlash. Because some of us give a ****. I believe the vouchers are to be used in the superstore, concourse, stuff like that. Maybe club partners, Metrodome for example? Not 100% on that at this point, we just wanted to get the news out that they're coming this month. Again, sorry for the ridiculous delay etc.

Thank you Whitey. I think everyone on here know that the folks working behind the scenes care deeply and genuinely appreciate it. I believe the ire expressed on here is directed at others and not you and your colleagues, although I recognise it must sometimes be disheartening. And you don't need to apologise for the delay. Those who are transparent / invisible should be stepping up, accepting some responsibility and apologising.
Surely the best time for vouchers would have been before xmas not immediately after. Leave it a few week all shirts will in sale anyway
