Thinking they don't need experience in the Championship. Not matching the ambition of our coaches. I don't want to be a manager/ young footballer production line, we need some continuity or we've no hope of stabilising in the Championship which to my mind any owner should want.

Experience costs money - my previous comment spending their own money.

Stabilising in championship - does stabilising in championship = them not spending their own money?

What do you think will happen if these owners spend their own money and we are not successful? More teams are unsuccessful than successful.

If all the season ticket holders chip in £10k each to the club and bring Warnock in to coach them and sign experienced players do you think that is a safe bet to get our money back with the succes it will bring?

I think we should both take this advice.

Can't see this but I'm sure it's good advice!

I sometimes wonder when people quote experience if they actually mean ability to perform in the Championship.

None of our coaches appointed under these had a Managerial pedigree to suggest they had the experience to be successful in the Championship, yet some of them have been.
Away from us the most recent example I can think of is Graham Potter, his record was no better than Poya when he got the Swansea gig and is now in the PL with Brighton.

I think you are 100% correct though we need some continuity to have a chance of showing progress long term.

Potter did bring Ostersunds from the Swedish 4th tier to Europe to be fair to him.

Didn't Schopp get TSV Hartberg from the third tier of Austria to the Europa League or something?

He did, in fairness and as a result showed serious potential but that league is a fair way below Championship

Without a doubt, it is all about selling anything for a profit , they do not hide that, in fact if McDonalds made a bid for the tea lady she would be sold .

Clubs philosophy is now to have no person of experience in any position at all levels of the club.

Next season we'll also have fewer paying supporters of any experience.

Has Whitey left the club yet?
