    I don't think he can blame anyone but himself. His "convenient" COVID infection and his public appearances in the days immediately after his +ve test suggest strongly that he was trying it on. He should go home and explain to his family, the Serbian government and people that he's been an idiot.

    He should also get jabbed...

    Some blame has to go to whoever in Australia told him he would be allowed in. I doubt he just set off and hoped for the best when he arrived.

    I do agree he's a idiot though.

    I'd assume you're right but someone may have told him that based on his obvious lies about having had covid in December of which I think there's more chance Boris Johnson had a work meeting

    Possibly so but let's be fair here, since he landed it's been a complete circus.
    I think vaccine Status as a requirement for entry is pointless.
    The way Australia have handled it is awful.
    Djokovic is a Anti Vax fool who has either lied or been a total selfish prat when (if) he tested positive.
    We had the he will deported, no he can stay, no he's off again saga.
    The entire situation from both sides has been embarrassing.

    Back in the news today with a possible discrepancy in his covid test certification. Seemingly the unique number on his positive document is higher than the one on his supposedly later negative document. Why am I not surprised?
    Neither Djokovic’s team or Serbia have offered an explanation so far.

    Certainly looks like they've been caught out doesn't it. One potential explanation is that they were from different labs and those labs may have had different test numbers allocated to them.

    I _think_ I'd read somewhere that some from the second lab were still sequentially lower though.

    Doesn’t seem to be any rational explanation for this, and I don’t think there’s a known case of it happening anywhere else. Under any circumstance you would struggle to offer the benefit of the doubt. When you throw in his mental anti-vax stance, the Visa form ‘admin error’ and the Adria debacle, it kind of follows a bit of a trend doesn’t it…
