INTERVIEW | CAULEY WOODROW Interviews After confirmation of his recent surgery that will see his spell on the sidelines continue, we got the thoughts of the Barnsley captain. Continue reading on the official site...
Yes, let’s hope our fate is not sealed if/when he comes back. It would be a big boost if he was to return this season with us still having a chance of survival. If not, a fit Woodrow. (if still here) would be a great player to have in League 1
Thats a better interview from the club captain, hopefully a speedy recovery and an improvement in performances in the future.
The only club I know who buy players who haven't proved their fitness after surgery is us, and we already own him, so if he's not back before the end of the season I reckon he will be playing in League 1 with us.
I would use the time to reflect on your season so far and maybe read a book or two on some of the great footballing captains to see if you can improve your lot. Speedy recovery Cauley lad.
He hasn't played this year, in fairness. And he did score in his last appearance. But didn't knee slide. He didn't against Stoke or QPR either. Did against Forest though. I'm sad, aren't I?
You should apply for the job of CEO. He seems to have trouble remembering the basics when he's asked questions You get enough stick anyway you might as well give us a reason to actually criticise you right?
I couldn't. For a million reasons, the main one being I just don't have that kind of memory. But he's a hell of a player. About time our manager and coaching staff played to his strengths (when he's fit again). Val sacrificed Cauley's strengths for the betterment of the team. This lot haven't the first fc*king clue what on earth they're doing. I don't care if they're nice, they can't do the job.
When part of your day is making videos, graphics and constantly writing about the club, it becomes engrained. For example, when he scored at Rotherham last season, as he celebrates, he accidentally elbows Styles on the nose. I shouldn't recall such pointless nonsense. But sadly I do.
