The Tin Man. Remember him scoring winner at Field Mill in a 0-1 i think it was 2002 or 2003. My brother in law is a stag and we always talk about it. Stags beat us end of december at oakwell 0-1 andy white winner and i think mansfields only away win in the whole 12 months

Brians best performance came at Oakwell in a reserve match. After 7 minutes we had our goal keeper and substitute goal keeper both sent off.Brian went in goal and although we lost 4-2 it was his best game in a red/green shirt.

Is that the match when it was bitterly cold & a bloke climbed into a wheelie bin on the perimeter behind our goal?

I think you are right. If I recall correctly, her sister (and possibly her twin), still goes to Oakwell.

Everyone remembers where they were when Brian culturally fooled two opposing players using step overs to bring the ball out of defence.

I was at Oakwell watching Brian do stepovers.
