I'd try to avoid libeling a 15 year old boy, then try to settle out of court first. He'll be grifting for money from his supporters very soon - he's got 10 names to support.
I think you'll find they got divorced, just prior to the libel court case being brought and declaring himself bankrupt. The fact that the assets were placed in his ex-wife's name at the time of divorce is perfectly legitimate, and not connected in any way whatsoever. Definitely not a deliberate step, to dissolve assets that creditors might be able to go after.

I’ve never libelled a 15 yr old (just because I didn’t like his race) and felt the need to hide my money so I didn’t have to do the right and proper thing. Again; if you have, fair enough.
