    For me, 10 games is the first marker on a new manager. Fair amount of games to assess how they've done, what impact they've had, what's worked, what's not.

    Based on what I've seen, I personally don't think he's got what it takes to lead us out of League 1. I don't know what his identity is, he's made no impact since he's come in and I find him very uninspiring to listen to.

    I totally get the constraints he has to deal with, however he's going to have those same constraints next season, and League 1 is a whole new level of ugly battling football. I don't think he has anything like the nous that's needed.

    I seriously hope there's a relegation clause in his contract, which lets us part company without having to shell out again.

    A decent league one manager would have done better than Poya.

    One of my favourite albums ever, still listen to his copy that he got in the 60's! Usually have a pre match pint in the ESL bar nearest the ponty if you want to say hello at the next satdi game.
