We remind me of leeds when they went through there worst spell under that italian owner where they would appoint random forign managers who were mostly clueless and we all had a good laugh at them. Not so funny now its us keep appointing these clowns.
0 shots on target but he says dont worry you dont always need to shoot from outside the box to score. Absolute clown get shut.

I’m guessing by this that your answer to the OP is no?

Absolutely, we have lost 6 on spin now he hasnt won 1 game yet in how many? I have the same amout of barnsley wins as manager as him. The footballs no better weak as piss defensively huddersfield should have been home and dry well before 90 minutes, and attacking we over play it encouraged not to shoot. Useless sick of him now. Definitely not the appointment we needed at the time but dont mind giving him till end of season then get shut.

There should be no personal abuse aimed at the bloke whatsoever, in my opinion. However, from a professional point of view with regards to the job he's doing, he deserves all the criticism he's receiving.

I’ve got nothing against him a a person. But he is clearly out of his depth in this role as his record shows we don’t need to resort to personal attacks. There is more than enough from his professional performance to go with

Theres enough factual info out there about lack of wins that you don’t need to wildly speculate. He’s said playing Styles wide right is with the idea that he can cut in on his left foot.

Thats working well. We do over play it in the final 3rd would you not agree? We never try get a early ball in the box for our forwards to at least try attack. He is doing a awful job imo

Having a discussion about how we play is different to saying the head coach tells the players not to shoot.

Some half decent balls in the box yesterday, especially from Bassi, but zero movement or inclination to attack them from forwards or midfielders.

Did you go yesterday? That 1st half was one of the worst ive ever seen but ive said that alot this season. We havent improved one bit under poya especially in the final 3rd. Theres been plenty if games this season under him where we havent had a shot on goal. But the players like him better than schopp and he seems a nice bloke. Looking forward to conmans interview this month then we can find out if he has some release clause when relegation happens

I think the last three games have seen genuine improvements in play, without taking advantage of periods where we've been on the front foot and actually scoring goals (fairly fundamental).

I think he's come into a team shot for confidence, some of what he's starting to do, presumably in training, is filtering through but it's too little too late. What we need for L1 is a proper manager and a mix of youth and experience, and we should have the budget to do this at that level. However, given 'the plan' we all know this remains unlikely, so any proven manager will be unlikely to join that system.

The only trouble with that is that countless times Iseka and then particularly Morris strolled back from offside positions when moves broke down and prevented an early ball back in being played. Morris did it time after time.

When one of the most measured posters on here makes a statement like that it carries far more weight than the knee jerk comments we read.

We have a head coach with a 0% win ratio and our last two games have yielded one shot on target.

When you say 'most measured poster', you really mean fat and old, don't you, mate? :D:D

Tried it with Odour and even Veta.. didn't work then not working now.. Our goals for r
tally tells a blind man that..
Here's a way out idea.. try a left footer on the left and a right footer on the right. Then put our best finisher and our only fit forward who can actully win and score a header in the middle. Plus another forward up with him in a central two..

Again. Don’t disagree. But surely we can’t blame Poya for trying different things when he’s being criticised for playing the same system as Schopp and seeing the same results.

We can blame him for those things not working, but if you’re losing every week then you don’t keep picking the same side. Hands have been forced slightly as well recently when you consider Covid and the threadbare squad.

If you mean Morris, then when I have seen him in the middle he is not as effective as where he seems to like to play and which is down the left.
