    I think if did on a wide scale. Obviously a few numb skulls at every club and we'll never get completely shut, but this seems to be on the increase again.

    Most of em wouldn't even know who our government is let alone be influenced by them to cause trouble during football matches.

    Thing is they aren't even hard to spot to police. Start getting tough and handing out some real punishment and if they are under adult age, fine the parents as well.

    I would agree its not about politics but also the idiots we have arent all around 15 ive seen grown men acting idiots starting bother. Said on another thread yesterday was the most fighting ive seen at a game for a while maybe its just going that way and getting worse.

    I am sorry but this used to happen when Harold Wilson was in the hot seat & has been a blot on our game for sixty years , no government of any persuasion can be blamed for the mindless thugs which blight our game in fact not only our game but society in general since the end of the second world war , thugs will always latch on to any movement to get their fix, you can go right back to the teddy boy era then the mods & rockers but football has always been a vehicle to use for tribal thuggery so no matter how unpopular the present government are please do not give these lunatics an excuse or a reason for their behaviour , there isn"t one .
