Thankfully we live in a world where we don't have to have either.

Hope our glorious leaders figure that out soon.

It was a joke but seriously I didn't think we could appoint someone as bad as Schopp or Morrais but we bloody well have!! In fact he's worse!

Can't see us getting rid of Poya either!

i think that was more down to Hammil and the rest of the players taking matters into their own hands - like this lot started doing towards the end of schopp

You mean we had a leader

Only appears to be Collins and Morris that come anywhere near that.

And Collins ballsed up twice tonight which equals conceding 2.

I think out of the entire team as it stands id keep Morris. And that's it

I said the same a bit back, when we inevitably hit League 1 we need to totally clear the decks with the exception of Morris.

Look how many coaches/managers who have been at Barnsley before are out of work. Nevermind Val or Warnock, I think most would take Johnson, McCann or Neil.

At least we had something to laugh about with his dressing room antics and post match summaries!

If they're wanting a player factory they might plump for Johnson as he could improve individual players and as we know results are unimportant the streaky runs of his won't matter.

So are you saying it’s the head coach that’s not good enough, the players or both? If the player’s aren’t good enough then is it the fault of the head coach? I certainly wouldn’t like to see a ‘ clear out’ Yes there are those we wouldn’t miss, but such as Woodrow and Morris as our main strikers, Styles and Benson have the talent to easily shine in L1, but need better man management. Britain also would be a great asset in L1. So not a clear out for me as that would be cutting our nose off to spite our face

I think last year was a perfect storm kind of situation, we had the right manager who was able to instill a never-say-die attitude in some incredibly average players. Add into the mix the pandemic, no crowds, more subs and the absolute maverick signing of Dike...

Yes, every other team played under exactly the same conditions as us, but for whatever reason those conditions suited us more.

And now we've got a terrible, uninspiring manager who is still working with incredibly average players. What's the opposite of a perfect storm? Damp squib?

Just my opinion like, other viewpoints are available.

    Morais had a 20 % win ratio

    Schopp was about 8 %

This dude is on 0 %. (The Barrow game was all square after 90 minutes )

I know other viewpoints are available, I just don’t share the view that we need a clearout and stated why I believe that. ‘Incredibly average’ why not just average? We have players in our squad, under the right coaching/ managing are more than capable of getting us back out of L1. So I do not see a reason for a ‘clearout’ Some need to leave, but some will be just what we need next season
