You look at the last 3.

Val had a identity (like it or not) also had a air of authority and leadership. He didnt chat **** and players seemed to buy into him, his philosophy or were **** scared of him.

These two absolute jokers Schopp and Poya are the total opposite. People putting they feel sorry for Poya. Give over. Both out of their depths and both applied for the job. Both along with the board have ran the club down to a laughing stock. Got to be the biggest fall from grace ive seen.

Get Poya in first thing, pass him his plane ticket and get a manager with some idea, some authority and a style in asap. Even be a bot of a dare devil and get someone in with a reputation of saving a club!! We might be unsaveable but a fight would be appreciated.

Thing with this is being 8 points behind Reading we still have a slim chance of survival but we can’t keep allowing games to slip by.
Looking at the next 4 games, I think 3 we could get a result, if the board don’t believe Poya can get results in them games they need to act now.

I look at the next 4 games and don't see us getting any points at all!

How does that help though when Derby and Peterborough have less of a gap to catch Reading. Too many games thrown away like Cardiff.

They do have less of a gap, but all we can do is concentrate on us.

I’d agree as things stand, my point really was about if they changed things there are games coming soon that could be achievable.

When he takes us down he is surely going to be sacked or we will be a laughing stock. So act now while like i said last week there’s still a chance of a miracle.

I don't understand it Val gets sack when he has got his team in top 8 and we have to put up with poya who can't buy a win and not many goals if it comes to it
