I believe Poya stated he had a reaction after the game he played. He seems to be injury prone, unfortunately.
Think he's caught 'Hondermarck Disease'. Rare condition, apparently obtained from having a half-decent game with the only cure being six months confined to sitting on a wooden bench prior to undertaking a 'conversion'.
Frustrating that he's disappeared. Even more frustrating that Poya doesn't give us proper injury updates! Just be up front about what's going on
From Poya's pre Luton press conference. "In terms of injury, Jasper Moon just came back today, but he won’t be involved tomorrow. Hopefully he will return for the weekend. We’ve not lost anyone else, so it’s just Cauley Woodrow, Callum Brittain, Victor Adeboyejo, Clarke Oduor and Matty Wolfe missing. Only Cauley is long-term for us. I imagine we’ll see Wolfey, Britts and Clarke sooner. But you can never tell, as we’ve seen recently." https://www.barnsleyfc.co.uk/news/2022/february/asbaghi-pre-luton/
Of course he’s injured. Otherwise he would be in the squad. There is an issue with the ownership but (based on their apparent remit) surely he would be playing. As bad as things feel I’m not sure everything is some kind of conspiracy theory.
