    Ive heard comways got snipers on the west stand ready to fire at poster holders and conway out holders who escape will be identified and banned at a later date.

    There’s maybe 100 votes so far in total, 60/40 as stated approx......to me that says that a lot on here don’t or won’t be going so I can’t see how it will be a true reflection of what is going to happen on Saturday. I’ve stated this before and will again, a lot of people claim to follow Barnsley F.C. and never go!......I for one wish all the dodgy streams suddenly went off line and then only folks that go to Oakwell can claim to watch the reds ...... some state their views on here but are too armchair for my liking, they are as much Corra and Eastender fans as they are Reds fans!.......yet when the good times come back they will claim as always that they’ve been going to Oakwell for ever and ever lol lol!!!!!!

    I had season ticket for years, now I am skint and cant afford to go, only to discount games like Barrow and Cardiff ,still feel like I am a fan though

    Not in my case. 55 years support, multiple family season tickets over 30-odd years; countless replica shirts. God knows how much I’ve spent on the club over the years. Only when the current custodians go will I return, regardless of any ‘good times’ that may or may not come back. Using my season ticket money to help pay for their asset is, in my view, unforgivable. Not a penny more.

    I think a fair few now live elsewhere. Having a young family can also get in the way of attending as can work. Doesn't stop them supporting Barnsley though.

    I agree with those words Helen, I am talking about the ones that claim to be fans forever but never really and now only know the players names because they have been given access to dodgy streams etc., they will complain about all and everything wrong with the club including the £750 grand!, yet have hardly contributed themselves in reality......that’s what I am trying to say...........the ones that when you go in the pub after the match and they tell you how we have played without ever going!

    Just don't take it. Last match there were Anti vax leaflets being handed out, had a quick scan then binned it, no big deal.

    Haven't had a season ticket for a few years but I was ever-present during the late 80's, 90's and 00's. I'd hazard a guess that I've sunk north of £20k into the club over the years. I think I've earned the right to watch a dodgy stream now and again and call out the legitimacy of a shonky Facebook group.

    Not a better fan. Just a fan, like everyone else.
