Three fines in a short space of time. It's poor by the club.

What happened in the game? I could see and hear Luton's fans being massively wound up by something Collins apparently did, but never found out what.

Barnsley FC apply for administration to protect themselves from businesses and organisations to whom they owe money. Barnsley's entire debt is owed to the FA for fines issued in the 21-22 season.

I wonder if we pass some or all of the costs on to players and staff? If not, "FA charges" is going to be a significant cost, and at a time when we really can't afford it.

Isn't that the rule about discriminatory chants/shouts by spectators as well as relating to conduct of staff? Our fine against Stoke earlier in the season was rule E20 but it was also the same rule we were punished in relation to the chants against James McLean a couple of years back, also when playing Stoke.

E20.1 is specifically about descrimination. Do a Google search for FA Rule E20.1 and there's a pdf you can download. Can't link to it I'm afraid.

Its something done by a player or players in the 57th Minute
In fact as it says on the BBC website its a fine for complaining to the ref about the penalty
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/60496534

Fair enough we did surround the ref but so does every other team when a contentious penalty is given are they all given fines - we dont seem any worse than anyone else in this respect

We got fined for complaining about the incorrectly disallowed goal against cardiff as well - I had missed that one

I'm surprised we haven't been fined for masquerading as a football club.

Essentially, Brad Collins refused to take his position on the goal line for a good 90 seconds or so prior to a Luton penalty. To be fair, the referee didn't bother booking him or anything like that.

So, in summary, am I to deduce that we have been fined £10k for surrounding the ref following a contentious decision?
    For real?

Must be a right moneymaker for the FA that one.

The behaviour of the players and especially Collins was embarrassing. Not surprised they've been fined tbh.

Thats how it reads - as others point out none of them were even booked at the time
I dont have a problem with clubs being fined for what we did - but I do have a problem if we got fined and most other clubs who behave in a similar way dont - which I suspect to be the case

No, it would only be a moneymaker if it were applied consistently. This the FA we’re talking about.
