    Why was the West Stand closed Mr El-Ahmad? Specifically what were the issues that caused you to take the decision to close it and what remedial works were undertaken that resulted in it being reopened? Not the vague non-answers you've provided previously, what is the detail?

    He thinks he's got away with this one and that people have moved on.

    A meeting I attended. Re fans behaviour.
    The club safety officer brought up the subject. He was the one who said the west stand was unsafe and told the CEO. The stand needed closing. Also the reason why the directors box had to stay open. To stay within the rules of the EFL. Re directors of visiting clubs.
    I don't remember the whole conversation. But did inform him that the reasons he put forward were poorly put out by the club. And may have saved some of the criticism that came their way. Khaled hopefully will have taken that on board.

    When exactly did things get back to normal then?
    Cases are rising again and apart from DWLC's missus, I know another bloke seriously ill in hospital with it.

    Not sure he’s saying that’s the reason.
    Thought he meant that whilst at a meeting about fans behaviour it was mentioned/brought up.

    I'm still no wiser. I've heard fire risk because of holes in the floor and possible combustible material underneath, fans behaviour, lack of disabled facilities, a falling down wall, lack of stewards. Anyone got anything else to the list?!

    The meeting was re fans behaviour to the supporters groups. I should have made that clearer. .
    But other subjects came up on other business. And as the Chief safety officer was there. The question on the west stand was raised. He deemed it unsafe. Which Khaled acted on. As to the repairs I don't genuinely remember exactly what was done. So won't comment. ( But remedial work was done.) My question was to why the full explanation wasn't publicised to avoid conflict.
    My bad.
