It's a play on the fact that Spurs consider themselves to be a big club, yet have won nothing in quite a while.
Here's one; Liverpool have only defeated us 6 times at Anfield in twelve meetings. Last time was 1959ish, after that we drew in the League Cup and beat them in the Premier and FA Cup
Just done a quick countback. Five clubs have won 27 of the last 31 finals. Nine different winners in all. The previous 31 saw fourteen different winners. Teams like West Ham, West Brom, Sunderland, Ipswich, Southampton, Everton, Leeds (sorry), Coventry, Wimbledon. All hail the mind numbing invention of the Premier League.
