    Just think you need to lighten up sometimes. You and a few others on the thread interpret the same information differently. There’s no right and wrong and being snarky with people doesn’t make you any more right or them wrong.

    it’s perfectly reasonable to set yourself stretching targets.

    It’s also perfectly reasonable given the ineptitude of everyone associated with the management of the club to seek clarification that we are not budgeting on those stretching targets but are planning for a multitude of potential outcomes.

    You both seem right to me but you managed to turn that into a public argument with people insulting others like Helen in the process.

    Khaled must be as deluded as the owners we will.be lucky to sell half the figure he talking about reaching. Why is the early bird on for three weeks when last season early bird price was up to 29th June.

    In September last year, his apsiration for next season was 11k+. Not sure he said that was still the case though.

    I never insulted Helen. That's unfair.

    I also think we all need to lighten up on this basis. You've had your own spats on here that have resulted in far more derogatory comments than I've ever aimed at anyone personally.

    Differing opinions are fine. I honestly think I welcome them more than most. Today just felt like a one person crusade to use something against someone unfairly, and I don't think there's anything wrong with calling that out. Nothing personal was said and no attacks were made.

    Thank god you’re not snidey, I mean you might carry on trolling me for more weeks and crying when someone likes a comment.

    Seriously, grow up and just be civil.

    This is a place where people have views and air them and share them, most are able to have civil dialogue even if they don’t agree.

    It’s incredible one member of admin lacks in this regard, let alone is somehow charged with representing the fan base.

    If he reads this or anyone else does tell him that for the next three home games in a row he should make his excuses for why he won't be in the directors box and won't be having his complimentary directors meal etc and instead should experience the game as a fan would.

    Week one. Arrive by bus or train and the. Take a large detour away from the stadium, a tour de Barnsley and then the walk back towards the stadium. Arrive in plenty of time to sit in an empty stadium for half an hour prior to kick off and experience the woeful pre match entertainment within the stadium. Go to a refreshment stand and order a pie and a drink and witness the confusion on the faces of the employees as they try desperately to work out how much change he needs. At half time join the queue for a bottle of pop or a pint and see how much of the second half he misses. After the game make his way back around the town centre.

    Week two. Park in the ponty end carpark. Arrive a respectable 30 minutes before kick off and enjoy the queues from Pontefract road trying to get into the car park because the company the club pays hasn't done jack **** to restrict parking around the entrance to the carpark. Post match sit in his car for 45 minutes waiting for the most unorganised carpark I England to empty.

    Week 3. Arrive by car and attempt to park anywhere towards Hoyle mill. Look longingly at beevor court that he and the council have closed as he talks the long route round it. Post match, hopefully in the rain look at it again as he's bit allowed near it.

    On all three days sit either in the east stand lower somewhere near the front with a puddle or in the ponty end bear the east stand. This will give him the benefit of seeing the half empty west stand head on, seeing the emotionless poya asbahgi and discover first hand what fans feel.
