Awful decision. One of the most underrated managers in the game, IMO. Worked miracles there.

He usually brings them straight back up if they relegated.... very strange decision

    4 wins all season?

    Just lost against Norwich?

Can't see why people are that surprised to be honest - although he's worked miracles over the years and probably should have been given the chance to turn it around.

Maybe the owners have someone in mind - suppose it'll be judged at the end of the season.

Only just seen this and agree with concensus on here, utter madness. The stupidest thing is if you sit down and look at out of work coach's and ask who's best to take over Burnley the answer would be Dyche.

Would think he'd get a lot better offers that here tbh.

If we talk to him it’ll be a similar conversation to the one we had with Mario Balotelli:

    Ring Ring
    “Hello”
    “Is that Mario?”
    “Yes”
‘Do you want to come to Barnsley?”
    ‘No”
    ‘Ok, thanks”
    click

If I thought he'd come here, I'd quite happily transport him over the Pennines in my wheelbarrow.
