    Who knows ?
We could unearth a new Stendal ,Struber, or a Val ,
Brexit has stopped our easy foray into the EU markets for coaches and their staff so that could be a big factor unless we adapt to the British market

Who knows really, but League 2 seems a genuine possibility for the first time in nearly 20 years.

If the club continues to be run as badly as it has been for the last 12 months, we’ll go down again.

We can’t afford a repeat any of the gaffes of this last year. That means we can’t be left without a CEO for a whole summer, we can’t sign expensive sick note strikers, we can’t be left with no experienced players, we can’t recruit an awful manager etc etc etc

This summer is crucial. Will it be a Stendel or will it be a Schopp.

Personally, I hope we're not going to revisit our Administration crisis of 2002. Perhaps I'm being far too pessimistic and better times are just round the corner. But as a normally optimistic person, this nagging worry is both out of character and concerning.

    No option for non league?

The phoenix club Wakefield Tykes, playing in the national League north at the shared rugby ground does not sound as far fetched as it did last April.

I honestly think we'll fold before we get that low.

Well if it's a phoenix club, then yes, BFC will have folded

I'd take admin if it meant the club was taken over.

I don't think we avoid insolvency if these owners plan to maintain the same strategy for the next 5 years.

I also think it's our most likely route to finding new ownership, so I'm expecting it to be a reality sooner rather than later.

I'd say lower end of league one but I wouldn't rule out a drop to league two. The damage from the current situation is going to be felt for years to come. You have to worry that once we have lost fans they may well never come back.

Think you and I are feeling the same. Our owners don't care one iota about the club, they will do whats best for them and their investors and if that's administration I doubt they'd think twice.

The last 5 seasons have seen us (from later to more current) relegated, promoted, stayed up in the last seconds of the final game, play off semi finalists, relegated with (likely) one of our worst point totals ever.

I doubt anyone could have predicted that with any certainty.

At this moment, what I'd like to see 5 years hence, is that we're still here, we're focussing on trying to play the best football we can with the best players we can afford at whatever level that is, and we're rid of Conway and Lee.

    That would do me.

If conman get his mits on the squad then I can only see us sliding down to league 2
League one next year is going to be eye opener for some fans !

It's 43 years since we were last in the 4th tier.

Another 5 years could see another three stints as acting CEO for Paul Conway.

Although the next one could finish us off.

We will probably fall down to league 2 at some point, but come straight back up, however we will spend most of our time in League 1, never really flirting with the play offs.
