    I honestly haven’t thought about Wigan since the last time we were in a relegation battle.

    It’s really strange that they’ve been trying to create some kind of rivalry this last few weeks.

    Tbf though, they probably had better owners a few years ago than we have now.

    No no no silly. When people on here bring Wigan up to tell us that they think the Wigan fans might be thinking about us it's because the Wigan fans who might think about us are obsessed, not because some of our fans who are thinking about the Wigan fans potentially thinking about us are obsessed.

    I think it’s the other way round tbf. The tweet tonight that says we’ve got relegated has about 6x the number of replies and so many of them are Wigan fans.

    Forgot all about Wigan fans hating us. I remember they were losing a million a month on gates of less than 10k yet felt they were been ran well. Barmy.

    The only team I think of in relation to piss taking is Peterborough after the Steele incident, at least they can’t take the piss this season.

    I suspect the 4 of them with their 20 accounts each on twitter aren't representative of their fan base overall, but blimey the ones on there are OBSESSED.

    I suppose they remember a few Barnsley idiots goading them 2 years back and have held a grudge all that time since. Quite sad really.

    Who gives a **** about Wigan?! Yes they will win the L1 title but likely struggle in the championship on **** crowds and also spend way beyond their means (again) - something their few fans fail to understand.
    The tinpot fuckers will hopefully be back in L2 or the Conference in the not too distant future!
