    Thank **** for that.

Why did it take two days to come to that conclusion though?

And how is it mutual consent when a break clause was in the contract if he got us relegated?

A professional statement and a dignified response from Poya.

It's not nice to lose your job and I don't feel comfortable in reveling in it, so I'll just say that I believe the club have made the correct choice. While I don't believe Poya to be the root of all problems, far from it, neither do I believe he was the solution to the problems it was in his power to address.

"Asbaghi gradually improved the side’s performances..."

    Really?

They need to arrange Doyle Security for when Khaled hands over his P45. He’ll be windmilling everywhere.

Tbf he's just a coach. I doubt he will have much if any input into tactics or team selection. If he's a good coach, no real reason to get shut of him.

Presumably he agreed to that clause when signing the contract? A clause that was acceptable and accepted by both parties and therefore mutually agreed.

Isn’t that exactly what mutual consent is if both parties agreed if we got relegated one would leave

I think he has the makings of a decent coach. But not a good fit for us, and it was the worst possible time for him to come in as well.

If we’re not going to bring in a core of experienced players in, then we need a coach with good man management skills and a disciplinarian to get the best out of a young squad.

I doubt we’d have been so unfit under Ismael, even with all the upheaval of the back room staff. And there was more spirit in the team under Stengel, Struber and Ismael.

conspiracy theoriesist would argue they’ve done it straight away to improve season ticket sales.
Unless they appoint someone like Warnock, I’ve done with em

Whilst 3 games isn't a long time, I'm interested to see how Disco gets on. I reckon the board have been modelling him for a while to take over.

I think what he probably meant was 'We can't keep hiring $hite managers'

He would have also have needed the power to change water into wine. The blame lies elsewhere.

Is this a decision of the 99.9% or the 0.1%?
