Like Kitchen for example. I can't believe how much he's regressed this season

I worked with a bloke that used to slate Redfearn in his early days with us, saying that he could only play backwards or sidewards .

I think we've seen far worse this season but don't think his performance was MotM worthy at all. Marsh took that for me purely for his effort, he was attacking and defending and frankly put Morris, adeboyejo and Woodrow to shame

The bloke sat next to me put Adeboyejo to shame, and he's 63 years old.

Being impressed on a debut, or otherwise, just might be a tad premature. That’s all I’m saying.

To be honest, him and O’Connell used to do my head in. What I’d give to have those two now!

Thought he did ok. Good first half pretty average second. Young lad with plenty of potential.

To be fair to Sraha, he looked absolutely knackered by the 60 minutes mark. The pace of the game had clearly gotten the better of him. With more games under his belt at L1 level, he'll be a good player.

    Brilliant word.
I'll try to use it as often as I can from now on.

Considering the defence we put out he did better than I expected. Having said that he was nowhere near man of the match & was at least partly at fault for a couple of goals.

Might be handy in league one at some stage, especially with his height & when he’s had a bit more experience but not ready just yet

So was I , I thought he did very well & has got potential but I would have given MOM to either Walton or Styles

He's very raw, but there's definitely a player in there. In the air he lost nothing, which you'd expect for a lad who looks at least 6ft 2. With time on the ball, he looked composed. He only really looked shaky when the ball came to him under pressure. There were a few clearances that went into the sky. Although there was one, whether he meant it or not, that turned into a great ball over the top for either Marsh or Morris to chase; something we've often lacked this season when Kitching or Andersen have cleared straight to the opposition keeper. There was a tackle he made in the first half where the Preston player seemed to manage to get around the outside of him, only for Jason to use his strength and ease him off the ball. It was a little bit heart in mouth. The only real error I saw from him, was a header in the middle of the penalty area that he didn't get much distance on, which was fired back in by Preston and just cleared the bar. There were question marks over the 3rd goal too, but as has already been pointed out elsewhere, the rest of the side seemed to be completely spent by the 55 minute mark anyway, and we were inviting unnecessary pressure on ourselves.

In short, he's certainly someone I'd dip into the side next season.

Marsh did have a good game and obviously scored but a debut as centre back at 19 is very different than a striker.
Especially when you're playing along side moon and kitching.
Yeah he made a mistake for the goal, was clearly knackered but he had the ******** to bring the ball out of defense a few times, decision making was good on when to play, when to clear.

Fully deserved the MOTM match and a needed confidence boost for the lad. Marsh didn't need the boost of MOTM, he got that from scoring.

He played quite well first half. Was comprehensively outclassed in the second half by a very average Preston team who have had nothing to play for in weeks but were much better at football than us, faster than us, stronger than us, considerably fitter than us and far more motivated and committed than us. He was no worse than the rest of the team in the second half, but fit into the way that they're all exhausted after 55 minutes very well, which was disappointing to see. He at least has an excuse, with it being his debut.

Thought he had a very good first half. But prior to the third goal (a similar incident) he was probably running out of steam and looked as though he couldn't be arsed to chase his opponent. Then followed that third goal. The warning sign was there.
Hard to believe he's only 18 though. Looked a great prospect.

The 3rd goal was appalling defending by Moon, just let the lad jog past him. Sraha probably didn’t know he was there but an experienced centre back should be always looking around, he was caught ball watching.

Decent debut for the lad, reminded me of Carl Tiler’s first game.

As others have said, I thought he looked decent in the first half but struggled in the second. I guess making his debut at this level would eventually take its toll.

I’d expect to see him as a squad player for next season.

Wasn't Victor instrumental in his goal! And Marsh may Haverford off energy wise if he's have stayed in the pitch all game too.
