Well I enjoyed the 20 seconds after Marsh scored the rest was abysmal.

    Walton for me.

Marsh deserves recognition too. I didn’t think he was ever going to make it back to the dugout at one point!

Walton for keeping the score down. Marsh did OK and I thought Sraha (official MotM) wasn’t too bad for his debut though don’t think he was really our best player

Gone for Marsh. Took his goal well but he set the tone for the rest of the team in effort and application too.

    Sadly they didn’t follow him.

    Walton was a close second.

Marsh for being a local young 'un with a well taken goal and good effort levels.

Sraha did OK but definitely not MOM. I went for Styles as he showed a bit of passion (perhaps people were watching him), he ran his legs to water and kept going for the full 90 minutes.

When Preston got their second goal, I feared that we would fold and lose by 5 or 6 but thanks to some last ditch defending and good goalkeeping we managed to keep the score (sort of) respectable.

Kitching for me. Very young defence (including him) and he did his best to hold them together. Also tried to get into midfield and start attacks. He's going to be important next season.

Went for Walton, made some really good saves.

Also like to give Kitching a mention. I'm certainly not his biggest fan and I could point to another couple of mistakes yesterday. But he was fully committed throughout the game, he tried to organise the defence and passed the ball better than any of our midfield. I thought him and Walton were the only two in our team who didn't look out of place up against a Championship side.

Personally, I thought the sponsors got it right.

Marshy showed a lot of endeavor and energy, but the service to him, Morris and Woodrow was abysmal yet again.
