    Just checked bmbc website and it says that the £150 should’ve been paid by the 29 April im in band b and not got anything yet! Has anyone else not got theirs?

    Do you pay by DD? I somehow filled the form in to ta k e it off my council tax bill. You could also give your bank details for a refund if you don't pay by Dd.

    When did people set there direct debit up.

    if you have only just set it up and your first payment hasn't been taken
    they wont pay you it.
    you have to have at least paid one payment before they will give it to you
