I hear the home team are boring to watch....Hemel Hempstead for me will always be most famous for Ian Lygo if you scroll down to the Trivia section..... http://www.ukgameshows.co.uk/ukgs/100%_Gold
I've not been for quite a while, but it's certainly a very gentrified crowd nowadays. Been getting a fair few sold out crowds over 3,000, which given a decade ago crowds were 200-500 is a huge jump. If you just talk all things Ethan Pinnock, you'll be fine!
More a stone baked ciabatta, organic, of course with a mclaren child buggy and a liberal bohemian dollop of some hemp based clothing.
Looking like Farsley Celtic v Boston United for me. New ground and both teams need a win but for different reasons.
it’s not changed. 2500 people there every week, I hesitate to call them fans as there’s 2000 standing around drinking craft ale not actually watching the game. Trousers at half mast, beards, dogs in club scarves, £10 a pie, Vegan street food stalls. It doesn’t get more hipster.
My dad grew up watching Dulwich hamlet when the dockers used to bring barrels of moonshine on to the terrace. He's 78 now.
The Hamlet is the best football experience going. Good beer, good food, ok football, no aggy neanderthals. It's what the game could and should be at a much higher level.
