I’d like to see him play for us in league 1 but in the latest article I saw from Doug O’Kane, that appears unlikely according to him.

If the lad is up for it, and the finances involved are acceptable, we should go for him.

Good player and will thrive in L1 and is already integrated into the club.

This is the type of deal we have to push through sometimes and do. And yes - If he continues his development curve, he’ll be a saleable asset in the future.

Is that in case we made a run for the play-offs?

I liked Remy,he adapted to the puzzling positions he was asked to play by Poya. With his age, technique and athleticism, I feel there is a good left back in there, but I'm probably talking nonsense.

I'm not sure what the finances are for him of course.

BUT Vita in 24 months time he's a multi-million-pound sale.

Yup. And the bonus is he’s integrated into the club/town already.

Speculate to accumulate and all that….

    True.

But he’ll also see the quality in training.

We were shocking last season, but the bulk of that squad have the quality to be good enough - as shown year before.

So what do we think the reason really was why he didn't play until the second half of the season when we didn't have anyone who could play in his position?

Another baffling event in a long list of baffling events which was last season.

I genuinely just think he wasn’t ready.

Playing where he did, coming to one of the biggest leagues in the world takes some settling in.

Some do it quicker than others. I think the club were looking to protect him to ensure that when he did play, he was upto speed. Nothing wrong with it, it’s good management.

It turned out to be a good pint of a signing, just took a little longer to get going.
