Would be a good appointment for me coupled with the fact conman isnt about and its tempting to renew if we get him in. Although he would need to be given time.

I dont think another European based coach would be a good idea. This appointment is crucial get it wrong and were ****** duff seems a sensible appointment duff has experience of league one his 1st language is English. And plus only 1 non british coach has ever got a team promoted from league one i do believe... daniel stendel.

Big hole. But nothing selling a single player won't cover and it will still leave them WAY ahead of everyone else in the Championship not on parachute payments.

I don’t know an awful lot about Cheltenham and Michael Duff expect he got them promoted and they nearly knocked Man City out of the FA Cup a year or two back and were incredibly good on that evening. I can’t give an opinion on whether he’ll be any good or not, but I do think he’s the right type of appointment for us. Young, has knowledge of the lower leagues and has a track record to date. He’s exactly the type of person I’d be going after.

Yet again this rumour shows no real ambition from this club. We should be going out and getting Sean Dyche in. He’s managed in the lower leagues, got Burnley where they are, and knows the English game inside out. He would have us pushing for the premier league writing 3 years at most. It’s not like they don’t have the resources to fund getting someone like him in.
I bet he would love a project like us.

That’s us staying in division one forever then. End of.

Do you seriously think dyche would want to join us? Do you not think he will be wanted soon by a bottom end premiership club or top end championship who could pay him miles more than we can? No chance he would drop down to league one to manage.

I bet he wouldn’t. Lowest project Dyche will take next will be in the championship. Not a chance he’ll drop to league 1.

Dyche was rumoured to be one of the higher earning managers in the Premier League. If you think he might consider coming here, even if we had stayed up, then I want a bit of what you're on.
