    I went there several years ago after seeing Pompeii. I was expecting a Poundshop Pompeii. How wrong I was. I've visited a lot of Roman remains in my time and this township is the best. Unbelievably well-preserved. Even the charred wooden window frames are intact. You'll enjoy it far more than I will enjoy dodging around the Jubilee trying to avoid it at all costs.
