Be worse for Leeds - Raphinha will be able to leave for about 23 million (iirc), Phillips will 10000% leave too. Biggest issue for Burnley for probably be Cornet leaving, perhaps Mcneil - although not as punishing as the former two leaving Leeds
Im sure we all thought it was crazy when they sacked Sean Dyche some weeks ago. But if they/Burnley do stay up, that can be looked at as a brilliant decision!. As for Leeds, I dun't like them but I give them credit for their numbers, and how many they regularly take to away games (as long as they behave themselves of course!).
I think they’ll both lose tomorrow & Leeds will go down. Burnley put a huge shift in on Thursday night & Newcastle we’re outstanding on Monday. On paper Brentford have nothing to play for but it’s there last home game of the season, there’s a bit of a grudge between them & Leeds & they’ve been very good since Eriksen signed.
Think it could go either way. Leeds look spent, but might get a point, so will depend if Newcastle turn over Burnley IMO.
I’d imagine Brentford fans will make a fantastic atmosphere today with it being their last game of their inaugural PL season, and what a season it has been for them. They’ve been strong at home all year. Two really tough games for the relegation battlers could go either way.
Think Dyche would have kept them up too tbh. Either way, one of them sacking their manager will be viewed as the correct decision and the other one wont!
Leeds have just won me £800 quid. All ten results I'd do a screen shot but I don't know how to. Get in.
This is my worst Sunday for years. Gutted that we were relegated but more Gutted that that shower of scum survived. I absolutely HATE the scum that associate themselves with Leeds. Millwall and Cardiff are horrible but Leeds take it to a different level, they are without doubt despicable things and for them to stay up has put a dagger through my heart. Off to watch the golf now hoping Fitzpatrick can do the business.
And yet another poxy stoppage time goal for Leeds, on 94 minutes!. Its a shame that Burnsley din't turn up for it until it was too late, and what a stupid handball to give away the pen. Sacking Dyche can now be looked at as a bad decision, and apparently they are going to have to clear a lot of debts, with their parachute money.
Burnley will struggle next season. Loads of players aged 30+ and not exactly saleable assets Connor Roberts Nathan Collins Josh Brownhill Dwight McNeil Maxwell Cornet Wout Weighorst Are their only players aged under 30. James Tarkowski is 29 but out of contract
