    Tragic loss. Mode were never one of my favourite bands, but every now & then they would create something sublime.This takes the biscuit.

    He was the husband of the cousin of my Irish friend here in the Bay Area.

    About 10 years ago, she got VIP seats for a bunch of us to see the band in concert in San Jose.

    We then went backstage and partied with the band after the gig. Memories!

    RIP young man (which 60 is very much these days).
