    We got ours ages ago but I have heard that they are deliberately slow timing rank tories and persistent council knockers. :D

    They sent it me twice ages ago (Leeds Council) sat on it for a while but now I have a begging letter wanting one lump back.

    Turns out because the bill is in my name and the payment comes out of the other half’s bank it’s been flagged as a possible problem

    That may be our problem then cause although it's a joint account it always uses my name and council tax is in his name
