Im reading a book called Confidence by Matthew Meadows. I like stuff like this.

Building your self efficacy is a new word to me but we can take something from this book being Barnsley fans.

If like me you didnt know what it is, try the book its good advice.

People with a strong sense of self efficacy approach challenging tasks as things they can master. They understand that setbacks dont have to lead them to failure, and they put more effort in to achieving their goals.

Ive got loads more of these.

I'm reading "Bicycle Diaries" by David Byrne (of Talking Heads fame). Whilst there is some bits actually about cycling, it's mostly about cities he's visited as an artist or musician (he takes a folding bike everywhere he goes and finds it the best way to get around cities). It's a very interesting read, sometimes amusing and sometimes deeply philosophical. Not what I was expecting at all but well worth a read. I picked it up in the charity shop in Lanjaron where my sister volunteers a couple of days a week.
