    Have Huddersfield even had a shot on target. It’s an interesting enough match but there is zero quality on show.

    they at least had 2! Watching Huddersfield is like watching us for most of last season. You won’t win if you don’t shoot on target occasionally

    2 shots on target from both teams. Both from Forest shows how crap the game has been in terms of goal threat.

    Boring final, little quality on show, makes it all the more frustrating how this season went for us! Very jealous of Forest, will we ever get back to the promised land? Unlikely in my lifetime anyway, was only 8 years old the last time so can’t remember much. Oh well best we can hope for is another trip to Wembley via league 1 play offs within a few years. Or dare I say it, league 2. Or maybe another Paint pot trophy, oh the joys.

    Of course. Not supporting either team it’s easier to be objective but if your team goes up you would care less. Final just encapsulated the meh ness of the Championship to me. Which makes our abject capitulation even harder to swallow.

    Football is not all about cup finals in Paris.
    That JPT winning day will stay in my mind forever.

    Huddersfield got what they deserved, rolling up to a major final and setting up not to lose. They spent the entire first half camped in their own half of the field and I don't recall them having a shot on target in the entire game.
