Microphone national league level same as scoreboard Khaled just mumbles on neerav meanwhile not convincing me by wearing a scarf
I'm not sure that would be strictly true. If you take it from a different angle, James will no doubt have some experience with working alongside his dad. Jean will certainly have a lot of insight. Especially as fans, they will have no doubt shared experiences and insight. Whereas, chein and co, hadn't touched a football club until they got their hands on us. I think it would be doing a disservice to Jean and James to say they have none whatsoever. In fact I reckon our existing set up, is more likely to have come about as the ones who share the same passion looked to experience of Jean and James. All guesswork on my part like
Or just technical issues happen from time to time when trying to do live streams, internet speed, audio, PC issues. You can have a team of tech people on hand but there's nowt you can do if the internet goes down for instance. I've been there before and seen these issues first-hand and have been in a room with a bunch of other techies and still failed on a live stream. **** happens sometimes.
It's not how you say it but what you say and if you mean it that counts. I've been satisfied thus far. A decent Head Coach appointment will go a long way.
Get what you’re saying but they did have Nice FC before us and made a profit on them but the natives there weren’t happy with them neither .
So what did we learn from today's press conference. We haven't appointed a head coach yet. Some players want to leave. The new Chairman likes a scarf. And nowt much else
Just to follow up on this, I was there today and given exactly the same access as the journalists to the press conference. I'll be writing up a summary this evening intended for publication on the BFCST website, albeit it will probably be late evening before I get chance to do so. Logistically, it would have been difficult to link in Julie Anne Quay via a Zoom screen to the press conference. She was in attendance and each person in turn was able to speak 1 to 1 with her afterwards, including myself. The attendees at the main conference also did separate 1 to 1 interviews with the journalists afterwards, as requested. I also got to meet @YTBFC face to face for the first time today, as well as other BFC staff. I hadn't realised that the press conference was intended to be live streamed at the time, but the technical issues looked to be beyond the reasonable control of anyone in the room. There was a lot of effort being made to do on the spot fixes to address this, so the criticism I've read regarding this appears somewhat harsh in the circumstances.
There was due to be a live stream to YouTube from Kerry cricket last week. Two guys there, a roomful of tech and the host server went down and that was that. That being said today looked very, very amateurish and the thing with Parekh last week wasn't much better. It's not that we don't know how to do it, there's been perfectly good press conferences before.
I would take issue with the "perfectly good". On most of our media attempts I have heard, I can hear quite well the responses to questions but often the questioner is inaudible so one as to guess what the question was. When I have mentioned this in the past, the inference was that was being picky and that the question was obvious from the response given. Well they must never have watched question time. It needs a vast improvement.
When the club or even Radio Sheffield do a Q and A they have a bloke with a mic who either relays the question to the panel via the mic so everyone can hear including Audience and listeners or hands the mic the the questioner . Seems pretty simple to me tbh .
We have just been relegated sold 6k season tickets so far next season we will have forest green and fleetwood rocking up with 100 fans. We have got the 2 clowns who shut the west stand down, lied to the fans and inquired about a ground share off the board.... with all due respect redeveloping the west stand is the least of my concerns.
