I've no idea why everyone persists with pogba. He's ****. He might have one world beating game every 15 games. Gash
£90m transfer fee and then something like £12m a year in wages for five years? He's probably recouped the majority of that though off the pitch. It's insane how popular he is globally for someone who just isn't an eye-catching footballer (in my opinion).
Seems reasonable ! As you say, his global following will be immense but I’ve not spoken to many Man U fans in this country that rate him. He’s not really performed well for his country. Juventus will take him back probably
Bale is being linked to Cardiff so we've no chance. Even if we were still in the same league as Cardiff we would have no chance.
Let’s be right, if we are after someone to teach our players about golf, designing clothes or how to trim lightning bolts into hair, then these are our guys!
Paul Pogba is one of my least favorite footballers, maybe ever. For me he's a good representation of everything that is wrong with modern football. Overpaid, lazy, cares more about his brand than how he plays, the list goes on and on. What makes Pogba particularly despicable in my opinion, is that he has the ability to be one of the best players in the world (and is on his day). It really grates on me that he has won a world cup. It was clear that Lingard's career (same with Ali) was going to tank with all the videos going around of them dancing and faffing about when they were playing well. Pogba was part of facilitating that. In his defense it was quite silly by UTD to sign a player who clearly had this kind of attitude at a time when they needed a rebuild. The antithesis of me is Saka, I can't rate this lad highly enough. Fantastic player and seems to have a grounded attitude uncommon for young, successful English players. He would be fantastic at Madrid opposite Vinícius.
Just been speaking to my mate who’s a Tranmere fan and he reckons we have made enquires about their right back Josh Cogley so I reckon that means Brittain/Jordon Williams potentially on the way out of Oakwell.
Would have been impressed if he had seen as he’s played most of his football abroad during that time. He’s had a decent season at league 1 level and got some experience behind him. Probably a bit more realistic than Jesse Lingard
