Just watched it. What a genuinely nice and humble guy, he simply has to win but we all know it will be one of the plants they have put in this year. Most of whom have been give the golden buzzer

Not seen it yet. But been saying for years to the missus. They ought to give it a go.
    Edit
Just watched. Now where's that hanky. They are great ambassadors for this wonderful town of ours. And their achievements over the years throughout the world bear testament to how good they are.

If you've never watched em. Go online and watch some of their performances over the years. You may then understand the emotions they raise. Young uns that you can see, so engaged in what they do with a big smile on their face. A choir that engage in modern pop taking it to another level.
Yes the clip was probably edited, so possibly didn't raise emotions. For me it was in the knowledge that they got to show themselves to the nation, They 100% deserve exposure. I'm sure if they reach the next stage, You will possibly change your mind.

Mat Wright is a brilliant leader of his choir. He taught me a lot about music back in the day

Did anyone else think Simon Cowell was bang out of order with young Immi and buzzing during the Sancho performance? It was like he didn't believe lass could sing. She's nine FFS.

I know he's a judge but it's massively disrespectful. She battered it back well singing acapella but every time she performs now she'll have that hanging over her.

She was unlucky to not make the top three. The top three all deserved to make the final and will with a wildcard I'm sure. It's a shame for her as on either the other nights so far she probably would have got through.

No. Cowell is deaf so couldn't hear her over the loud backing. By letting her sing without backing it showed even better that the kid could sing. It was a strong heat.

Not her fault he's death as a doorpost. That explains all crap pop bands over years he's produced.

Barnsley Youth Choir are nothing short of absolutely incredible. Ask anyone who has seen them. When you hear them live it is hard to keep the tears away no matter how hard you are.

When you know how good they are, and see how truncated their performance was on BYT, as say compared with the teletubbies that got extended coverage, in addition, that they did not get to the semis, when far inferior quoirs did (bear in mind that BYC are ranked as one of the in the top choirs in the world) then you can get a good idea what BGT is all about. Unless you sign your soul away to Simon Cowell, which I am sure BYC would never do, then, your audition is truncated and then nothing more is heard of you.

BYC are destined for far greater things than winning BGT. And if you doubt this - just go and see them, if you are lucky enough to be able to get a ticket. Even if you do not like choirs their performance would blow you away - as I indeed was. When you factor in that they are young kids they are unbelievable and Barnsley should be mega proud of them.
