    He’s also tweeted the JFH deal hinges on budget. But why would it the head coach doesn’t make signings at Barnsley so why would the budget matter. Or if it’s for JFH wage you’d assume we can pay more than burton.

    So we've gone through two months (seems like two years) of process including longlisting, shortlisting, interviews, profiling, final interviews, questionnaires and god knows what else and only now has Nixon's alleged preferred candidate asked about the budget or the club raised the matter? I find that very hard to believe, even for us.

    Yes it will be am guessing they’ve asked for anonymity whilst talks are ongoing otherwise Cheltenham would have clearly named Blackpool like they’ve done with us.

    So according to Nixon, JFH is out, take your pick from Khaled incompetency or JFH not realising there was a time difference abroad or poor comms all round, or any other Facebook rumour, any of which sadly is believable.
