Seeing as he has just posted on his Twitter a tour of talks about his career which would certainly conflict with matchdays. Oh well on to the next
Well if it is to be between Duff and JFH I think I’d rather it be Duff personally but who knows could be another left field appointment
He's retired mate. He was very clear about retiring, spending more time with family. And doing these talks. We missed the boat last year/January.
Nothing on there gives the impression he's retired. He's only got one Saturday date and it will be a evening time so after the afternoon match had finished.
feels increasingly likely it's not duff. I imagine we would be a sideways move for him, and bigger opportunities are probably round the corner
He’s also got 3 Friday dates and a Tuesday. Fridays could possibly conflict with travel and the Tuesday could also be a game. I think I just wanted him personally but like said above was probably never going to be a thing
Could be that if we want him that bad we've to make it worth his while. I know Tuesday nights down Oakwell haven't been that amazing recently. Would we be able to give him the tools available to make Tuesdays exciting down Oakwell again. I think Warnock loves the thrill of the chase.
I was going by this https://www.skysports.com/football/...-73-after-42-years-in-management-and-16-clubs
Don't necessarily disagree with the title of the thread unfortunately but most if not all of these dates have been out for a fair while. The tickets for Sheffield City Hall went on sale in early April, for example, when there wasn't a vacancy for our manager post and I saw the Plymouth and Huddersfield ones advertised in early May before the season had ended.
Do you know summat we dont know re fixtures. Unless he's prepared to hire a private jet. (From eg Plymouth)
I can't think of a worse night out. "Now then Colin what did your players think when you told them to feign injury and then to kick lumps out of WBA to get sent off and therefore have the game postponed"
