I want to a buy a season ticket for my son who is eight. I already have an adult ticket for myself. My sister tried doing it online but it wouldn't let her do it as she wasn't buying an adult ticket as well. Is there any way of doing this without going into the box office to sort it?
Given them a ring bud. I rang this morning and changed our seat's, believe I spoke to Beth and she couldn't have been anymore helpful
You can’t buy an U14 online as they want proof of age. Give them a call, tell them what seat you want then they’ll ask you to email through a picture of passport or birth certificate and give you the child’s membership number so you can assign it to yourself.
I've not been asked to do that, I created an account for my son and was given a membership number and then I could add him to my list with my eldest son and assign the tickets
Beat me to it … I’ve got one for my 9 years old Granddaughter and rang first and then went in office with passport. Obviously it was added to my a/c
I had the same issue, as I needed to move my daughter's seat to one next to mine. They sorted it out over the phone for me easily. 01226 211183, as the number isn't the easiest to locate on the website.
This isn't the issue. The online system expects an adult ticket to be purchased within the transaction that the child ticket is bought. It won't allow an U14 ticket to be purchased without it.
Ten quid a ticket although it’ll cost way more than that in drinks, sweets and other enticements ! Wouldn’t have it any other way
