I agree that he should have let him leave, he was leaving. But he did approach him and then raise his hand toward his face. I’m not one for violence at all but sometimes people need to stop being pr1cks.
When you've been on the receiving end of abuse and some times the violence that follows especially when folk can't handle their drink or they just want to be the big iam then you understand it all much clearly...for me the idiot deserved all he got. Maybe next time he will think twice....no matter how hard you are there's always somebody out there harder ...that's why street fighting is a mugs game and in this case the mug got cracked big time ...his gobby mate soon shut up didn't he ....well done big fella .....in my eyes ...no sympathy
He was definitely raising his arm to attack the bouncer. Not sure why people can't see that, just put yourself in that position
His bald mate goes from been really aggressive to a calm guy after his mate gets dropped. Some right hand that very fast for a big lad.
Julius Francis is a 57 year old former British Heavyweight champion who fought Mike Tyson. He was boxing at the weekend in a charity event raising money. Really is considered one of the nice guys.
The gobby ones usually do when it kicks off...its normally the quiet ones you have to be wary off lol
Ive been to boxpark before for diffrent events and seen him there always seemed freindly to be honest. Didnt know he was a ex heavyweight champion never judge a book by its cover
On first look I thought the bouncer had overreacted. on second look, I’m not 100% sure the bouncer should have punched, he could have killed him. That said; on a human level, the bloke fully deserved it. And I’d go as far as to say this viral video will likely stop a few people behaving badly in the future.
U get what you're saying but the bouncer us backing away and the dick approaches him and raises his hand. Probably more correct ways for him to have stopped him but the self defence argument should see him 'off the hook'. As you say, fully deserved it and hopefully it will stop a few more clowns. Who think they're big men
Similar position. I'm not for violence but it's very, very difficult to have any sympathy at all for this guy. Don't act like that and you won't get hit in the face like that. If you do act reasonably and you're hit, then we will blame the person who hit you.
There’s a really tenuous Barnsley connection with Julius Francis. Nearly 27 years ago a young unbeaten Barnsley boxer, Neil Kirkwood, fought Julius Francis getting TKO’d in the 7th of 8 rounds. Fair to say Neil lasted a bit longer than the gob 5hite. Neil certainly had a hard run of fights the next one against an unheard of guy called Nikolai Valuev, I wonder what happened to him?
Last time I saw him he was wobbling around the ring like a punch drunk circus act after David Haye clobbered him one!
Not a fan of violence but the guy had been provocative, he walked directly towards him and raised his hands.
