    still waiting for daughter. Sent of for it again on 28th May. They received chewed up passport back on 3rd June. Heard nowt since. Wife is panicking. Phone up today and they said to phone back on 24th to see if they can fact track it but not guaranteed

    Daughters passport arrived today worry over. 8 days before travel.

    that’s 2 passports received in 2 months.


    If anyone get within 2 weeks

    call this number 0300 105 0850

    call bang on 8am ask to be upgraded. As the damaged passport was no fault of our own we also put complaint in.

    Finally got daughters passport after 13 weeks of waiting. Had to travel upto Durham today to collect it, we fly tomorrow, talk about cutting it fine

    Slightly concerning that some seem to just get lost in the ether. I know it is bound to happen occassionally, but seems to not be just a one off.
