    Mine worked first time both seasons. I just pressed the button in the email and it did it all for me. Not sure what I've done differently to other people at some point in the past to make it do that though so can't help you in afraid. Was hoping it was something obvious like you'd never set Google pay up on your phone but that isn't the case so god knows sorry. Hope you get it sorted

    Tbh, I prefer the plastic card but thought it would be handy to have it in my phone too.

    Got it to work finally.

    Keep finger on the save to phone, copy the URL. Then paste to the search bar on the following :



    You do also need to download Google pay app from the playstore.

    Went on the stadium tour yesterday, spent an hour working out how to download a QR code to my phone to gain entry.
    When we got there there was a chap with a clipboard ticking your name off a list on a piece of old fashioned A4.
