I’m speechless …. but I agree about the standard of bowling

All for trying to play positive, but sometimes you just have to play compact and get through a decent spell of bowling.

Stokes fell into the exact same trap that he set for Mitchell earlier on today.

Back to the way Trevor Bayliss had us playing! I'm all for the lads trying to play a positive brand of test match cricket but quite frankly this is embarrassing. I think some players are getting rather giddy and ahead of themselves after that fine chase at Trent Bridge!

Something our players seem incapable of doing more often than not is playing the situation. As you said, NZ bowled well first up so at least try and get through that first spell and then look to be positive. What we've seen so far has been absolutely dog ****.

Agree. Some of the deliveries from Boult in particular have been top quality. Lees didn't do much wrong at all. Crawley and Pope were loose and not sure why they were trying to drive so early on having seen the ball hooping. But the to go into middle order slog mode and hope you don't get out. Just daft.

Please can we drop Zak Crawley. I first class score over 50 all season so far. Please can we pock his Kent team mate Ben Compton who averages over 60 in his first class career.

At least we’ve won this series !
There are now loads of T20i’s and 50 over games with one test against India and 3 against SA.

I can’t see many changes because we’ve had a lot of good individual performances and also won a series with the Test champions.

Obviously Crawley must go and Brook play and some injured bowlers may show but that’ll be it.
Jonny is going to have a busy summer

Amazing how many innings of this test series has had one major partnership to get their country out of the poo.

Was Tuffers behind the DRS issue on the Blundell lbw decision.
BBC sport app. If anyone can post the video. It's so funny. :)

I’m always impressed by the way you refer to the footballers you allegedly support and the National cricket team that you’re supposedly in favour of “dog ****”

**** knows what you’d be like to sportsmen that that you have no affinity towards.

    smacks of spoilt brat syndrome.
