    Just listened to that.
    I think Duff should be looking to emulate what BM's done with England along with Ben Stokes.

    Clear the clutter in the mind. Regain the player's confidence. Consistent messaging.

    Like England Test Cricket I think Barnsley have got a lot of very good players for the level they are at and the one above.

    Root and Stokes for certain. depends where you are playing.
    If you can keep finding things for Bairstow to prove to the world then I would pick him.
    Broad Maybe too.
