    Doug says its a done deal and due to be announced soon. Still no hint of who it is though.

    I would imagine after June 30th (today) when contracts normally run out in football. We will see loads of activity in the market. Players coaches etc. will want a new one to start asap. Or they will be sat without any income until signed up.
    Only possible reason for Vic and Palmer not returning in my view. Having pre agreement in place to join someone else.

    Happened to me the year we went into the premiership.....I was in the camp....They don't/wont / want to go up....
    Said more than once about the Town Hall steps and showing my bare backside there if they did
    Sunday morning after our victorious win over Bradford, 30 plus folk mainly woman turned up at my mother's house, I was living there at the time and being a man of my word, I went with them and stood on the Town Hall steps and dropped my pants showing my bare backside, much to the merriment of all..all captured on video lol.
    If memory serves me well ...
    a passing police officer said I was the 3rd one that morning and it was only 9am he added we are expecting a lot more before the week is out...lol
