Sketcher trainers for the gym... sports direct 49 quid I think they were....they were the last thing put in the bag lol does that count lol i suppose count in 2x joggers, pair of shorts, pack of socks and 2x vest which were vastly reduced in the sale ....in total about 70 quid
Which I thought was a bargin if you take away the price of the trainers

To sew another finger onto the 1st pair silly.
Being a 6 fingered barnsley Supporting dingle.
Could have bought 3 gloves mind. And he'd have still had 2 fingers and a thumb spare. Bit wasteful if you ask me. :)
He could have asked me. I've a few glove fingers spare.

Being of the more rotund among us, I’ve just spent £40 on Jacamo, for which I’m getting 5 pairs of boxers, a hype tshirt (my daughter says that’s a good brand. I couldn’t give a flying frig, it was in the sale though), and a lightweight jacket for summer. Not bad for £40, and free delivery to the Tesco express. I wasn’t paying a fiver to get it to my home address!

I rarely buy anything branded except for trainers (bad knee and struggle to walk at times, I tend to go through two or three pairs of air max a year) though did get some French Connection jeans from TK Maxx last month. Purely because a) they were quite cheap (for a brand) and b) they had my size.

To be honest it’s rare I buy anything. Socks I get at Christmas, usually under crackers too but didn’t get any this last year, hence the Mrs bullying me into buying some new to replace some holey ones! Never been fashion conscious even as a kid. If it fits and hasn’t got holes in it, it’ll do. I’m even worse now I mostly work from home. I’ve t shirts and polos probably older than my daughters. (7 and 11). I think the only person of this forum that knows me personally is probably the absolute polar opposite as he’s just told us all he’s smashed £200 on a t shirt. Kev lad, you’re chuffing crazy!
