So, no chance of a general election at least until the Conservative Party feel like this shambles is behind them… So pick one… which Conservative MP should be the new leader of the Conservative Party and our new Prime Minister. No point saying they all should be rounded up and shot etc, we’re going to get one of them. Which one should it be?
The most reasonable: Tom Tugendhat. The likely contenders: Sunak, Patel (FFS!), Raab, Javid, Braverman, Baker(FFS!), Wallace, Zahawi. God help us!
Makes me sick to say it but a lot of people only voted Tory because of Boris Johnson. The new leader will be sat on a majority that he won. They will have no legitimacy until they call a election.
A vanity election coming up because the new leader won't be feeling legitimate because they weren't elected. Even after all the crap the Tories will probably get another 5 years. The irony of the likes of Starmer urging him to resign after all the shenanigans when it will probably win the Tories the next election due to lack of credible opposition. Labour would have been better sitting back and letting the calamities unfurl further.
None of em. All cnuts. (Even the No.10 cat has flitted) All pi55 in the same pot. Supported Boris through all his lies. And defended him to the hilt.
They are getting rid of Pincher and putting Tony Blair in his constituency so he can be their leader again
They're talking about Raab succeeding in a temporary capacity. He'd be the worst caretaker since Ian Huntly.
