    One of my best friends, @Metatarsal doing totally epic bike rides for charity.

    So glad to see his efforts being supported by the club. I can't imagine how happy he'll be to featured in a main news story on the BFC main page.

    Edit: that photo of him at Oakwell shows him in 'full ecstatic' mode!

    Cheers Fellas. Yes, that photo has me in deep thought!!

    Seriously though, the club have been fantastic with this and I can't really put into words my debt of gratitude. I was lucky to spend a decent amount of time, and have a good laugh, with @YTBFC , Chris Ridyard and two other lads from the media team last week on this.

    Easy to underestimate the workload of many of our backroom staff and for them to give their time to me was going beyond the call of duty. It was quite a moving 2 or 3 hours for me last week and perhaps it'll become clearer in the coming weeks as to why.

    There are some good things happening, I sense a very definite attempt to rebuild bridges with everyday supporters - and I'm sure we will start to see little things progress shortly.

    That's irreplaceable mate!! Between rows AA and BB we've spent the best part of 25 years refining our pre match and half time conversations of nonsense and b0!!0cks.
